If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship, whether a loose stitch, uneven seam, or fabric imperfection, within twelve months of purchase, contact our team and we’ll repair or replace your product at no charge.

What the One-Year Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in fabric, trim, and stitching. If you notice premature fading, unraveling seams, or detached decorative elements under normal use, we’ll evaluate and resolve the issue. Should repair prove unfeasible, we’ll issue a replacement or refund so your nursery remains safe and comfortable. Normal wear from washing and daily use is expected, but any flaw traced to production quality is on us.

Exchanges for Layette & Accessories

Babies grow fast and styles evolve quickly, therefore we offer hassle-free exchanges on layette and accessory items as long as they comply with our return policy regulations. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. This ensures every exchanged piece arrives like new and meets our strict quality standards.

Exclusions & Limitations

To keep our processes clear and efficient, the warranty and exchange policy do not cover damage from alterations or improper care. Products washed in hot water, tumble-dried on high heat, bleached, or modified after purchase (for example, adding snaps, hemming up or embroidery) are not eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange. Always follow the enclosed care instructions to maintain full warranty protection.
