We generally offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50 and expedited shipping for an additional fee. We may have promotions that offer free shipping sitewide.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days.

Please note we cannot be liable for any Post Office issues including items Being Undeliverable as Addressed, Post Boxes not being found, Unattended Deliveries being stolen, etc.   
We cannot control or guarantee the Post Office time frame.
This also applies to overseas shipments.

We are not responsible for packages left outside by the carriers that may  be  lost or damaged. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open  up a claim.

Please email us before ordering if you need something on a specific date. We will be happy to give you a more accurate delivery date on your order.

Shipping to all areas outside the United States is calculated based on your package's destination address, size, and weight. Items shippedoutsideof the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges that are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Ely's and Co. Orders shipping to outside the United States are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
