Shipping Policy
We generally offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50 and expedited shipping for an additional fee. We may have promotions that offer free shipping sitewide.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
Please note we cannot be liable for any Post Office issues including items Being Undeliverable as Addressed, Post Boxes not being found, Unattended Deliveries being stolen, etc.
We cannot control or guarantee the Post Office time frame.
This also applies to overseas shipments.
If the item is undeliverable due to an error on the customer's part (e.g. incomplete address), the customer will be responsible for covering reshipping costs.
We are not responsible for packages left outside by the carriers that may be lost or damaged. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
Please email us before ordering if you need something on a specific date. We will be happy to give you a more accurate delivery date on your order.
Ely's and Co. is in no way responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.
Shipping to the Catskills/Bungalow Colonies
Since the mail is very unreliable in the Catskills, Ely's and Co. are in no way responsible for packages shipped to the Catskills or Bungalow colonies once it has left our warehouse.
International Orders
Shipping to all areas outside the United States is calculated based on your package's destination address, size, and weight. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges that are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Ely's & Co. They are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipping outside the United States are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Out of Stock Items
We maintain our inventory as accurately as possible, but if we are out of stock of anything we will ship out the rest of your order.
